It might be amusing if....
If might have been amusing if not downright annoying. Last night, YouTube took down two of my videos. Both were dive videos with music background. Such a non commercial use is generally covered under the Fair Use Doctrine. However, due to the ridiculous provisions of the DMCA, content is removed if someone claims to be the copyright owner, and claims it's infringing. Then it's up to you to counter that it's not.
I wonder if they had any clue that I would actually counter....
