Psycho Sensei Trapped in NH
Sometimes, Mother Nature throws a kink into your plans. The east coast decided to fog itself into oblivion, leaving airports unhappy and airplanes diverting everywhere else. It was indeed an unhappy sight at the Manchester airport, with many angry people milling around. As we left, SOME airplanes started getting in, but ours had landed in Boston, and was not coming to pick us up. Unfortunately, the only flight we can get back is tomorrow evening, and THAT is going to be through code shares, so we land in Philly or somewhere else strange, then go on to Manchester. It would have taken us less time to fly ourselves. I will remember this lesson. *sigh*
On a positive note, we have a place to stay with my loverly seester and her loverly husband. This is a very good thing, given that there are NO hotel rooms to be had because of all the cancelled flights.
So we're here for another day. Shopping anyone?
